The idea
Long-form footage rarely fails because of quality — it fails because it isn’t re-cut with each platform’s attention span in mind. This demonstration takes a single source piece and shows three distinct short-form treatments from it.
What it shows
Pacing, caption treatment, and hook placement changed deliberately per platform, rather than one export resized three ways.
